Add docs how to do borg operations while not on machine

In a worst-case scenario, we'll have to recover a machine from Borg while unable to log onto the machine that originally did the backups. We should add instructions to the README of how to use the fetched Borg backup keys on a local machine to interact with our Borg servers and how to recover in that scenario.
