Failing SSL mirror checks on archweb for one mirror

Hi,

I'm not sure why but the SSL checks are failing for both ipv4 and ipv6 for mirror https://archlinux.org/mirrors/free.nchc.org.tw/1522/ . My browser trusts it and so does SSL Labs: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=free.nchc.org.tw&s=140.110.240.80&hideResults=on

Mirror operator says it all checks out on their side.
