Project space for the Aarch64 Linux project

I'm a part of a group of people who are trying get a aarch64 port of Arch Linux and we'd like to have our own project space (namespace?) in github so that we (the aarch64 project group) can work better together. The project will contain packages that are either to big to merge into a PKGBUILD (yet) (mesa, linux-kernel, rust, gstreamer comes to mind), PKGBUILDs that don't make sense on x86_64, and work-in-progress PKGBUILDs. For now, we've forked packages to our own personal accounts but in order to work together we need our own project (a lot easier to give access)

We already have our own infrastructure to build and host packages. That said, it's in a very alpha stage we don't even have a way of installing it yet. I would go so far to say that it's in pre-alpha.

The target is ARMv8.2, not ARMv7. That means that Raspberry Pi 5 would be the lowest hardware requirement.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
