Onboard missing staff members
At the moment we miss some staff members from Security tracker, Wiki, Forum, Bug wranglers, IRC ops? on Keycloak
These users need to be onboarded on keycloak and we should already assign the correct role for their roles. For a future migratin to keycloak which should happen soon for the security tracker and maybe the forum.

security tracker: Administrator, SecurityTeam, Reporter. Missing one user -
forums: moderators, administrators -
bug wranglers: Eli, Freswa, Scimmia -
IRC Ops?
