Bump mail limit for Gitlab

Currently it seems like gitlab has a mail limit aswell of 360 recipients per hour: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/infrastructure/-/blob/master/roles/postfwd/templates/postfwd.cf.j2#L21-25
