Update permissions on the repo server to allow non-dev package maintainers to upload sources to sources.archlinux.org

The /srv/sources/other/packages directory's permission on the repo server hasn't been updated since the merge of [community] to [extra].
Would it be possible to update permissions from root:junior-dev to root:junior-packager so non-dev package maintainers can upload upstream sources there for [extra] packages please (as described in https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/DeveloperWiki:Staff_Services#Hosting_upstream_tarballs)?
