during automatic partition preparation (sfdisk expects MiB, not MB)

Quickinst look for pacman.static binary, this fails with current pacman
version 3.2.2-1 (no static version). Hardcoding to /usr/bin/paman is ok
for our iso's cause we always have a working pacman.

Using old methode: /sbin/grub the bootloader is not started after
install when root fs is ext4. Using grub-install solve this problem.
I don't know exactly why, we must enable the logging function in
grub-install to see what this methode do what the way with grub shell
not do.
