fix: align webauthn-register.ftl to upstream one

Leonidas Spyropoulos requested to merge webauth-register-flow-broken into main

The current webauthn template is broken due to our template missing some fixes from upstream like 1af4a7a5325c248da2275759379ec00e495045df. This blocks users of setting up a new Security Device (like Nitrokey).
