Remove archiso_shutdown

The archiso_shutdown hook has been obsolete since mkinitcpio 16 (from 2013), see https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-dev-public/2013-December/025742.html.

Let's remove it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
