libalpm: trigger initramfs rebuild on extramodules

nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/mkinitcpio:alpm-hook-extramodules into master

Build the initramfs if anything in /usr/lib/modules/*/extramodules/ is installed, upgraded or removed.
