Warn if the interpreter is missing when adding scripts with add_binary
`add_binary` should warn if the _binary_ contains a shebang that references an executable not available in `$BUILDROOT`.
This would help catch cases such as https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/XFS#fsck.xfs_fails_in_systemd-based_initramfs.
