Trac ticket related to spidermonkey could be replaced with gitea issue

0ad is using a self-hosted Gitea instance now and have migrated all the trac tickets. The trac ticket mentioned in the comment here https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/0ad/-/blob/main/PKGBUILD?ref_type=heads#L56 could be replaced with https://gitea.wildfiregames.com/0ad/0ad/issues/6895
