s2idle-hook should be executable
Description:
I noticed that s2idle reports weren't be saved automatically. This was surprising to me because s2idle-hook is installed in right location.
The issue is this hook isn't executable by default.

Steps to reproduce:
- Suspend system
- run
amd-s2idle report. - Notice no reports.
