ario does not appear to need libsoup

Description:

The only mention of soup in the source code is:

aclocal.m4:lt_simple_compile_test_code='sample MENU { MENUITEM "&Soup", 100, CHECKED }'

Removing it from the PKGBUILD does not produce any noticeable issues.
