Last.fm plugin not working
Description:
Audacious does not accept valid XML responses by Last.fm due to an off-by-one error. We (I'm one of the maintainers) plan to release version 4.4 with a bugfix in a few weeks (first comes a beta version though). Until then it would be great if you can backport the trivial fix. Thanks.

Steps to reproduce:
- Run "audacious -V"
- Navigate to File -> Settings -> Plugins -> General -> Scrobbler 2.0
- Enable the plugin
- Open its settings dialog
- Click the button "Check permission"
Expected result: A dialog with a Last.fm URL is shown instead of a parser error.
