Adapt patch, as upstream now fully integrates the build tool with the
created service files and now only configuration files require patching.

It is already created by the tmpfiles.d configuration on boot.

- Update patch to set /bin and /usr merge compatible paths in
  configuration files and services.
- Add all configuration files and directories to factory locations.
- Add tmpfiles.d integration to ensure existence of config files and
  directories from factory files and to set matching permissions for all
  files and directories.
- Relax the permissions on /var/log/audit, as the service creates log
  files with very narrow permissions itself.
- Add apparmor integration and remove configure option to explicitly
  disable python2 support (upstream finally dropped it).

Remove unneeded patches for building with swig.
Remove file timestamp modification as the file does not exist in the given directory anymore.

Add missing optdepends for audit.
Use bash arrays with one entry per line for better handling.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

Add patches provided by upstream to deal with broken build due to swig.
Switch to linux-api-headers in makedepends, as it is providing /usr/include/linux/audit.h for the build.
Use local array to simplify the use of configure options in build().
Pick files for python-audit in audit's build() instead of running make twice and deleting files.

Remove unneeded quotes and curly braces.
Add patch to fix path in configurations.
Simplify calls to make and remove unneeded overrides for INSTALL.
Prevent excessive overlinking by patching libtool.
Order dependency lists alphabetically for readability.
Update maintainer info.
