Add URL option to .desktop file
Description:
When using the bitwarden client and signing in via Enterprise SSO the .desktop file is expected to have a parameter for handling URLs (%u or %U).
If the option is missing the redirection from the SSO provider will fail to open the bitwarden app with the following error message:
kf.kio.core: "/usr/share/applications/bitwarden.desktop" contains supported protocols but doesn't use %u or %U in its Exec line! This is inconsistent.Additional info:
