Why has GUI been disabled?

Why did you remove the GUI with 1a0eafbe that is a fundamental part of Calf? The GTK2 GUI plugins still run properly with its own external host wrapper ("calfjackhost") that is missing now as well. If possible, i would like to have it back.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
