Remove libcroco dependency

libcroco is archived and no longer maintained by upstream, so we should avoid using it. It seems cargo-tauri is not linked to libcroco. Why did you add it as dependency in commit dd33e5e5? cargo-tauri is currently the only package that depends on libcroco, so if this dependency can be removed, we can remove libcroco from the official repositories. Also, it seems openssl and libffi are not linked to cargo-tauri, these deps might can be removed too.
