Patch to fix build

Carl Smedstad requested to merge fix-build into main

Naively replace deprecated curl option CURLOPT_PROGRESSFUNCTION with CURLOPT_XFERINFOFUNCTION and add a missing include.

Builds and works OK from what I can tell from surface level testing.
