chrony 4.5-2 reports “version DEVELOPMENT”

Description:

The latest Arch package of chrony says that its version is “DEVELOPMENT”:

$ chronyd --version
chronyd (chrony) version DEVELOPMENT (+CMDMON +NTP +REFCLOCK +RTC +PRIVDROP +SCFILTER +SIGND +ASYNCDNS +NTS +SECHASH +IPV6 -DEBUG)

I'm pretty sure it used to report its real version.
