fix: make curl replace wcurl

With the upcoming release of curl 8.14.0 it will bundle the wcurl script so there is not much point in shipping it as a separate package.

Alternatively we can also strip wcurl from the curl package and keep it separate, but I think it generally make sense to have this as part of curl.
