Dart Update 3.8 >=

When trying to install flutter with yay, part of the installation process is to install Dart. However, Flutter requires the version to be 3.8 >=, and since the latest version available in this repository is 3.70-1, the Flutter installation fails.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
