Hard dependency on exact SDL v2.28.5

Description:

doomretro installed without error, but fails to start, stating a required version of SDL2 (v2.28.5)

Additional info:

• package version(s): 5.2.1-1 (commit 7c788ad3e1f42ce948f52ce55b3ef0c01a24e77a according to PKGBUILD)
• SDL2 : 2.30.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. doomretro ~/doom1.wad (shareware WAD 1.9, md5sum f0cefca49926d00903cf57551d901abe)

CLI reports "DOOM Retro requires SDL v2.28.5." , and GUI opens a dialog with the same information.

Also, but possibly unrelated :

1. doomretro /usr/share/doomretro/e1m4b.wad => Segmentation fault (core dumped)
