Building with gettext >= 0.24

I have nightly builds of dovecot and the build stopped working with latest gettext.

Here's the "fix" I use - I have reported this to the dovecot mail list and hopefully it will get fixed upstream at some point.

In meantime, I run this script from PKGBUILD - you may well have a "nicer" way to do this but at least this works:
