http-parser makedep required?

Description:

Is this dependency still required? I tried to access build logs from https://reproducible.archlinux.org, but for electron packages they are too large, with all having TRUNCATED DUE TO SIZE LIMIT: 10485760 bytes message.
I am unsure whether it is needed, checking upstream build documentation also isn't helpful.
