Draft: Adapt PKGBUILD to new package splitting

This is a RFC and not to be merged (until pacman-7.2.0 is released).

I have implemented a new way to split packages in makepkg - see pacman/pacman!314. This is an example of adapting a package with a _pick() function to the new packaging style.
