Split package into a -core and several wx-dependant ones

Split in a similar manner as we did in aws-sdk-cpp 0. The erlang-core removes the need for the completely separate and duplicated erlang-nox package 1.

Used the same dependencies between the split out packages as Fedora does, see their spec-file 2.
