Reproducible Builds: Unpinned .mo translation files

    Description:

    Hi, one of the reproducible build rebuilders has noticed the file usr/share/locale/be/LC_MESSAGES/findutils.mo is pulled from the network during build without content pinning:

    I couldn't figure out where in the build this happens unfortunately, I suspect it may have something to do with ./bootstrap.
