Firefox 143 NS_ERROR_FAILURE issue (maybe the same bug when packaging FF 130)

After upgrading to FF 143 I have issues with logs of websites. The console indicates NS_ERROR_FAILURE in some LocalStorage related calls.

I already raised a bug at Mozilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1989068, but then suddenly found that there was https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1918674 which pointed me right back at: #10 (closed)

So could this be the same bug again?
