The fluid1.3.desktop launcher just has "fluid" as the executable

Description:

The package comes with fluid1.3.desktop, but the launcher does nothing because the Exec is pointing at fluid instead of fluid1.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install fltk1.3
2. If fltk is installed there will be two launchers for FLUID (since it provides fluid), if it isn't then there will be no launchers
