CAM Workbench does not work with OpenCAMLib enabled

Description:

Features dependent on OpenCAMLib (like 3D surface in CAM workbench) are completely broken. When enabled, the CAM workbench does not load at all, because of missing dependencies. I was able to fix some error messages by installing core/openssl-1.1 package, but opencamlib is still not initialized. Also OCL features cannot be even disabled after enabling, because CAM workbench completely crashes when loading, which in turn breaks the CAM configuration UI...

Gives following message:

OpenCamLib is not working!

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable OCL in FreeCAD preferences:

  1. Disable "Supress OCL warning"
  2. Restart FreeCAD
  3. Open CAM workbench
  4. Look for OCL based features (eg. 3D surface) it should not be missing in the menu (but probably CAM workbench will not even load...)
