Fix license

Hanabishi Reccarequested to merge
(removed):license into main

Turns out LICENSE file contains one extra custom license, which doesn't fall under SPDX.

So this MR returns back installation of LICENSE file and adds the custom license to the array. Fixes #4 (closed).
