devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

apply upstream fixes to make geeqie start using native wayland sessions; enable hardware acceleration - should now work with fixed libx11 1.7.0-2

upstream update 1.6; use gtk3; enable most possible features since this is geeqie nad not a simple viewer - the gpu acceleration using clutter-gtk is currently broken and not possible - see upstream report
