Gimp fails to load icons on startup
<!-- Please read our Bug reporting guidelines before opening a bug: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bug_reporting_guidelines If you want to help catching more bugs upfront, consider joining the Arch Testing Team: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Arch_Testing_Team --> # Description: <!-- Describe the bug in full detail. --> When GIMP is loaded, it fails to load any icon. However, if I go to Edit \> Preferences \> Interface \> Icon Theme and change it to anything else and then back, then the original theme loads properly. Here is a screenshot with the Default icon theme (with symbolic icons selected): ![gimp-missing-icons](/uploads/5e63311dc9b3ee3379c43af5e7324bb2/gimp-missing-icons.png) Here is how it looks after toggling the icon theme twice in the preferences (i.e. how it should look at startup): ![gimp-fixed-icons](/uploads/840561a1bd99638b5ee91aab48dfec67/gimp-fixed-icons.png) # Additional info: * package version(s): 3.0.0-1 * config and/or log files: * link to upstream bug report, if any: I initially reported it at <https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/-/issues/13151>, but then closed it and reported it here since the AppImage works perfectly. * Compositor: Hyprland (Wayland) 0.47.2 # Steps to reproduce: <!-- Describe how to reproduce the bug step by step including the commands --> 1. Open GIMP 2. Observe the missing icons 3. In the Edit menu, click on Preferences. 4. In the left panel with the sections, click on the Icon Theme subsection under the Interface section. 5. Change the icon theme to something else. 6. Observe that the icon theme has changed, and now works. 7. Change the icon theme back to the original theme. 8. Observe that your preferred icon theme works properly now.
