gitlab FTBFS

Description:

gitlab fails to build from source due to an undefined symbol in re2.so built as part of the re2-2.1.3 ruby gem.

$ pkgctl repo clone --protocol=https gitlab
$ cd gitlab/
$ pkgctl build
