Update for GIMP 3.0 and Qt6

Needs update for extra/gimp 3.0.0-1. Should also consider switching to Qt6.

Relevant cmake options:

-DBUILD_WITH_QT6=ON

@gromit FYI pacman -F /usr/lib/gimp/2.0/ returns a few more packages that need a rebuild for GIMP 3
