adoptium vendor taken out in gradle-8.14 upstream

currently PKGBUILD contains a sed to take out adoptium as vendor. issue https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/31895 towards gradle got implemented now for 8.14 and should not take such a sed, or sed even break now.
