Mom HTML documentation missing

Description:

The "See Also" section of groff_mom(7) contains the following:

See also
       /usr/share/doc/groff-1.23.0/html/mom/toc.html
              entry point to the HTML documentation

This directory is not installed with the Arch groff package, nor does it appear in the "Package Contents" list on the Arch Linux website.

This has also recently been mentioned on the groff mailing list here.
