Crash on gap-less track change

There is a bug in GStreamer causing strawberry to crash frequently on track change. A fix for it was just merged: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/7401 But it missed 1.24.7, so it would be nice if you could apply this patch.
