Include the fix for cursor bug

There's a cursor bug in 4.18.3 https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/7447

And the fix in 4.18 branch. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/8378

For some reason 4.18.4 is not yet released, and for now it's not clear when it will get the release. So would be great to include the patch until 4.18.4 released.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
