Enable Dolby Vision support

Description:

Handbrake added support for Dolby Vision. It needs to be enabled at build time with the option enable-libdovi.

Additional info:

The option to enable-libdovi should be set alongside the enable-quicksync option in the handbrake pkgbuild. This option has a dependency on libdovi, available in the extra repo.
