Add shortkey 'hx' to run 'helix'

Description:

The helix upstream recommend use "hx" as the shortkey of "helix". See:

$ helix -h                                                                     
helix-term 23.10

USAGE:
    hx [FLAGS] [files]...

May be add a shell script at /usr/bin/hx to run helix?

Or rename /usr/bin/helix as /usr/bin/hx like ripgrep do?
