PKGBUILD changes:

- Set -mod=vendor and vendor Go dependencies - The most reliable way I've found
  to ensure we only download in perpare().
- Remove usage of upstream Makefile - hardcodes -trimpath which should be
  avoided for debup-packages.
- Add test to ensure executable reports the correct version.
- Make install commands verbose.
