Update License and Upstream URL

Description:

Currently, the license is specified as 'GPL', however, it would be more accurate to specify 'GPL-2.0-or-later' (license version is mentioned here and here)

Also, the current upstream URL should be updated to 'https://www.gethomebank.org'
