Feat: Drop vulkan-icd-loader dependency and vulkan-headers make dependency

Neither of these dependencies is listed, as required by the Hyprland wiki. The compositor builds and functions without them. I suppose these dependencies are remnants from the time when vulkan-validation-layers dependency was mandatory.
