imv 4.5.0-4 does not open some jpg files

Description:

Since 4.5.0-4 update, imv fails to open some jpeg files, specifically those produced by a portable hand scanner. When attempting to open such file, no output is produced on console and imv window is black, same as if a non-image file is being opened. A sample jpeg file that fails to open is attached: The file opens correctly in imv 4.5.0-3, feh and other image viewers. Other jpeg files, e.g. various images downloaded from web open correctly in 4.5.0-4.
