Remove the use of hostname
Description:
Inetutils' hostname is problematic and we want to get rid of it (also see filesystem#7 for a yearlong blocker due to inetutils in general).
Debian seems to provide its own hostname as a drop-in replacement, which appears to be also used by Fedora. Other implementations appear to be provided by gettext etc.
