Remove lib2geom submodule
- Use git submodule init instead of git submodule update --init so git submodule deinit will not be reversed.
Add other/extension-afdesign and other/extension-curve submodules.
- other/extension-afdesign was added in upstream commit https://gitlab.com/inkscape/extensions/-/commit/2f95114cb76cb70113d8e220061553fe02809ac5.
- other/extension-curve was added in upstream commit https://gitlab.com/inkscape/extensions/-/commit/4f0376d82cc5f2feca21409f818d182b268af431.
