Upgrading to 10.9.2

I looked into upgrading to 10.9.2 and for now I'm just going to put some notes here until I get more time next week to put a merge request together.

Jellyfin changed a bunch of stuff in the 10.9 release. There is now the jellyfin-packaging repo which looks like what this package needs to use going forward. This new repo now has the systemd scripts, among other things, and this repo uses submodules to clone the jellyfin server repo. The fedora folder referenced in the PKGBUILD has been completely removed so this package will need to switch to using the debian files, which shouldn't be an issue.

The jellyfin-firewalld.xml referenced in the PKGBUILD seems to have been completely removed from the repos.
